- Uploading the scan (in a zip file) using the link that follows.
- That’s it. You’re done!

Required:
- All patient details, including full name, date of birth, and address.
- A copy of the scan in DICOM format, saved in a folder called “Patient Name” (eg Jane Doe) and compressed in a zip file. Detailed instructions are available for Windows and Mac. Plain X-Rays (eg OPG, Lateral Cephalogram) can be submitted in JPEG, TIFF or BMP formats if DICOM is not available, but DICOM is the preferred format. Please ensure files are high resolution.
You must ensure that you leave the web browser open while the file upload takes place. You will receive email notifications confirming that the file upload has been successful, and that you have requested a report. If there are any issues with the files contained in the upload, we will contact you either by email or phone.
